When I was asked to write a reference letter for Erik I was delighted! The last time I joined the gym, I had very little confidence.

I went for 2 sessions and retreated to my couch, paying for gym membership for another year. I hated exercise and didn’t have the confidence to face those lean gym bunnies that stared disapprovingly at me.
